What I really like about this is the quality of the actual fabric> I was expecting some cheap overseas material but was surprised when I received it. The oil goes on the wrap and then I usually place it where it needs to go. This also helps a lot to make the whole process less messy which is always great. Overall would highly recommend.

Most packs for the neck area are designed to cover the front of the neck for thyroid healing. What I like about this product is that it has a button instead of string to adjust the width of the pack. I use the pack to heal the back of the neck and find this design to be more practical and visually pleasing. Pack is made out of very soft flannel that feels comfortable on the skin. It also can be easily washed in a washing machine after use with white colors.

This is a great piece of fabric to use for a castor oil pack. The size and shape is perfect to pour the oil on and use it anywhere on your body. It does have a strap you can use to attach it to your body if you want but I prefer to just place it on my body with a heating pad over it. The fabric is soft and it has a plastic backing to make it less messy. Good quality.
