It burns!
I use this product on my legs for some restless leg syndrome I am experiencing in my third trimester of pregnancy, holy mother of God did it burn. Even after showering, it still burns. Skin to skin contact? Burns. Hands from applying it? Burns. No bueno.

Put it on before bed on feet back of neck shoulders and washed hands with warm soapy water .. woke up with the hot burning sensation on my neck and hands .. had to get an ice pack to hold reminded me of when I cut fresh jalapeños and my hands hurt . So be careful maybe I’m just sensitive but not for me unfortunately . Was suggested by another prego mama in pain so I thought it would be amazing . :(

If you are pregnant, just buy this
I LOVE this product. A little bit goes a looooooong way. Yes, it is magnesium based so it can and will feel warm/burning like if overused. It does provide great relief, unlined any other product. I use this for lower back pain and also those debilitating charlie horse leg cramps in the middle of the night. (If you know, you know.) just be sure to use in MODERATION and do not touch your eyes/lips after using. It will sting.
