Perfect for adding protein to the diet each day, my belly loves it!!

I have two of these shakes a day; one for breakfast and one for dinner. My breakfast one is alone and my dinner one accompanies my low calorie meal. I have lost a total of about 10 pounds over 4 weeks with NO exercise and only a diet change. (i do plan on incorporating exercise once my broken toe heals) I LOVE the taste. There is a slight vanilla flavor that doesn't over power whatever im mixing in. Typically, i use two scoops of powder, about a cup of water and about 1 - 1.5 cups of a variety of frozen fruit. Sometimes i add a 1/4 cup of buda juice for an orangy flavor. I blend in my vitamix and add water as needed. It comes out smooth and not gritty like most powders. The flavor is amazing when combined with frozen mangos. This is by far one of my favorite protien powders ive had. And the fact that it is ENTIRELY plant based just makes it even better.

I like the clean vanilla taste and it easily takes on the flavor of the fruit you may put in a smoothie

Taste good and is good for me. I add fruit and it’s so good. Sometimes I’ll have it instead of a meal when I’m too busy or it’s too late to eat.
