Just as filling as normal noodles
I was shocked by these, they are very dolly and vertically no calories. 1 packet is plenty for 1 person, could stretch to 2 people.On opening, they don’t smell great, but rinse them a few times and then add to a stir fry or microwave. Great

Good noodles
The noodles come nicely packed. I made mushroom and kale stir fry noodles with soy sauce. They don’t taste like normal noodles, so you are into healthy eating, you will get used to the taste, but it’s not for everyone. Try 1 pack before buying more.

Low carb countess approved
The noodles were brilliant! Made a chow mien as a treat and I have to say that with products like this Keto is so attainable. The taste is the same and the price was cheaper than take out and this dish was sooooooo much healthier and totally keto.

Seriously unpleasant smell, texture and taste
The smell on opening the package turned my stomach, but I thought they would be OK once rinsed and dressed in soy. This was not the case, the texture is awful and the taste is not great either. Would rather just do without and have extra veg in the stir fry. Really disappointing.

Great for weight loss
Love these great for loosing weight they do smell abit once drained and added to wok and seasoning and chicken etc taste fine great for weight loss

Super for diets!
So read about these and as my husband and I are dieting at the moment, wanted to try them. We are doing two day fasting diet and only allowed 800 calories for the day. These have 29 calories for the whole packet and are ideal for bulking out a stir fry!
