Bought 4, one to my mom and one to each of my 2 daughters and then myself.

Ease some mom anxiety
My husband and I were watching a show where a car drove off a bridge into the lake. They were trapped inside and the mom died. Of course, I panicked and immediately bought 4 of these for all of our vehicles and my husbands work vehicle. I also find myself randomly reminding him it's in there, in the event we need it, to remember we have it.I haven't tried it. but it feels sharp! fits in my center console.

Nice quality tool!
I bought these for my kids, their significant others, and myself. I am pleased with the quality and usefulness of this item. I hope to never have to use it, but I do feel better knowing my family has this tool in their car if ever needed.

Good quality; some concerns
There's not much I can say about the window-breaking ability of this tool as of now (and hopefully for the foreseeable future), but it seems quality enough to get the job done. However, my main complaint is that the rubber cover doesn't stay on AT ALL. I have pushed it on as hard as I can, got it to stay there for maybe five seconds, and then it pops right off, leaving the spiked end of the hammer exposed. Furthermore, the velcro straps that hold the tool onto the visor are a bit short and it was quite a tight fit on my car. Now, this is probably just me overthinking every dire possibility, but I can't stop envisioning the velcro popping open and the hammer flying towards someone's head, potentially taking an eye out with the exposed metal spike. Anyway, those are my only two concerns/complaints about this product - I'm sure in the case of emergency it would suffice.

Short strap
This has a strap that’s several inches too short to fit on the visor of my Toyota Yaris. I had to hang it on the handle over the door and it kinda flops around and I don’t like it. I wish is had a longer Velcro strap
