Q: I can’t get my charger to stay plugged into the clippers? I have to put pressure on it to get it to light up.

Hello, All Wahl Professional Animal products sold on Amazon are designed to be used inside the United States 110V. The charger for the Pro Ion does have a 110v-240v capability. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

While we do not recommend our Wahl Professional Animal products for human use because the blades have been specifically designed for clipping through thick animal coats and are therefore incredibly sharp, we do acknowledge that many of our customers have had positive experiences using it for both their animal family members as well as their human ones.

Q: Would these work for my medium size dog with a thick coat?

I have used them to trim my dog and she has a double coat. Lots of hair. I hope this helps.
