I loved everything about it. Super tasty! I added a little garlic salt and thought it was perfect. Definitely going to keep buying. My daughters thought it was a bit too grainy and weren’t fans of the spiral noodles but overall tastes great.

I've tried every vegan mac & cheese and this is by far the best! In fact, it's the only one I will buy again. It's important to use a creamy, neutral, non-dairy milk that isn't sweet and a good plant based butter. I find almond coconut blend is ideal (it doesn't taste like coconut and has a creamy consistency like 1% or 2% cow milk). I cook for 9 mins and it's perfectly al dente. I also make homemade vegan mac sauce, but am so happy that an easy boxed version is available for lazy days. It has a nice umami flavor and isn't the typical nutritional yeast or daiya style chemical cheeze flavor. Highly recommend!p.s. make sure to melt the butter with the milk, and thoroughly mix the sauce packet before adding the pasta, or you'll have powdery chunks (same advice for making perfect boxed Kraft mac & cheese).

I’ve been vegan for over 24 years… And this has to be the hands-down best boxed vegan mac & cheese that I have found. I order it off Amazon because it’s hard to find, it’s always sold out at target… I absolutely love it! It tastes so good, and not like just like nutritional yeast!

I bought this simply bc it was on sale and I thought the name and packaging was fun. I had no idea I would be as obsessed with it as I am. I try to stay away from mac and cheese bc I’m diabetic and shouldn’t have it anyway, but figured I’d give this a shot just because. I have not found any vegan mac and cheese that I care for really, except this. I liked that the flavor wasn’t overbearing, that it didn’t taste “fake” and that the noodles were fun and different! The first time I had this I packed half to put in the fridge and scooped the rest in a bowl for a late night snack. I ended up going straight to the fridge immediately after to eat the leftover. This product isn’t very heavy so I can eat an entire box and not feel sick to my stomach. I am single household so leftover mac and cheese that becomes dry and boring the next day ends up being wasted and thrown out most of the time. That’s another plus for me with this product!

With protein, fiber and 21 nutrients from plants, it's the perfect lactose-free, healthy alternative to the standard boxed mac and cheese, without having that boxed taste 👏We've enjoyed Goodles of noodles with veggies, cheesy nooch garlic bread and/ or quorn chiqin pieces. We've been vegetarian foodies for over 20 years and gave up mac and cheese once we also gave up dairy. We're so happy to be able to eat mac and cheese again, + added benefits! 😋 $4 a box may sound pricey for boxed mac, but you get what you pay for. It's the perfect serving for 2, so $2 a meal plus toppings isn't bad! Perfect for the summer too, as hubs tosses everything in the pot to boil and leaves the kitchen 👍
