Usable, but only with a lot of modifications.
So let me start by saying that I knew full well at this low price point that there would almost certainly be issues with this kennel that would require fixes and modifications. You get what you pay for, and I could not afford to pay $800+ for a kennel. I was not, however, prepared for just how bad this was going to be. I opted to work with it (and still have further modifications that need to be done) instead of send it back, but I am listing here for anyone else who may be considering this purchase just what you can expect and what you will need to do to make this into a usable kennel.1. Throw aside the metal rods and the clips that are supposed to attach the mesh to the structure. They are beyond useless and only work if you have no tension on the mesh - just enough tension to keep the hooks in place. That little tension means that the hooks will easily become undone. I tried putting enough tension to ensure that the door mesh would stay in place and the metal hooks slowly bent out of shape because the metal is of such poor quality. See photo of the deformed hooks. Go buy yourself UV resistant, industrial strength cable ties instead... lots of them.2. Throw aside the door mesh, hooks and rods, it is an absolutely ridiculous means to cover the door and does not work (see above). I opted to use 1/2" hardware cloth and a lot of UV resistant cable ties to make a solid mesh door.3. Make sure you have someone else to help unroll the fencing, it will need to be jiggled and wiggled and bits of it flipped around to get it straitened out. Expect that there will be areas where it was inappropriately twisted together at the top and bottom edges. Those areas don't make it unusable, but they are there.4. Make sure you have a power drill that can get the self tapping metal screws to go into the frame.5. Have WD40 and oil on hand for the door where it fits into the frame and is supposed to swing/hinge. The one part I received was already full of rust internally.6. The frame seems fairly sturdy, but based on the point above, I have to wonder how long it will really last.7. The locking tabs/buttons that make the poles fit together are really of poor quality. Several of them were not even properly inserted and needed to be fixed. They are basically just a piece of cheap spring steel with buttons on two ends. I have to wonder how long they will take to rust away and fall out. Hopefully with the mesh on and lots of cable ties, the thing will still hold together.8. Get a few more tarps. One to add to a corner to help block wind, another one for the roof. My pictures do not show the additional roof tarp in place yet, since I only figured out it was going to be a must have after finishing the build and getting a light rain. The roof provided does not really fit very snugly, and water pools on it. The water likely only pools because I sprayed it with tent waterproofing - I believe it would leak if I had not. But either way, you have to lift from the inside after a rain to get the water to come out of deep pools on either side. This will eventually cause the top to fail. I plan to try to tighten it by adding additional holes along the edges (use a wood burning round tip so that the nylon is heat sealed at the new holes) and then I will be putting a 20 mm thick real outdoor tarp over top of the current roof. At the bar above the door there is a huge gap that will be easily seen and investigated by any animal that is really bent on getting out. I used Gorilla Waterproof Patch tape to attach the roof to that bar more securely than adding holes/grommets and ties would have.9. The absolute worst thing is the door latch. The parts are welded on in such a way that you cannot get the pin to go though both holes in the latch, and even if you could, then the metal flat bar that needs to go down between the two uprights on the side with the latching bar would not fit down between them, so no way for you to add a lock or locking bar. See photos. Mine is so scratched up already from the need to force it into place even when only using the first hole that I expect it will be rusted away quickly and need to be replaced.10. Get lots and lots of industrial UV resistant cable ties. I know I said this above, but I have to stress it. The stainless steel ties they provide are not enough and they are also nearly impossible to get them started. You literally need to have hulk hands to force them through the tab, and they will cut your hands up because you can't do it with gloves of any kind on. I strongly suspect that in the video of assembly they had somehow pre-started or pried open the tab ends because they do NOT go together as easily as shown. And again, there are not enough of them because you simply cannot use the metal rods and hooks to attach the mesh, please don't even try, it will fail and it will be easily "opened" up by any type of animal that is not smaller than 10 pounds. You can see in my photos how many ties I used... and I even went back after the photo shoot and added more to be absolutely certain that mesh is going to stay in place.Bottom line is that I was able to make this work for my needs, but it ended up costing me about another $100 bucks, so about a total of $350 bucks including the price of this kennel. Still a lot less than the other more professional kennels out there, so I will call this a win if it lasts more than 3 years.Hopefully this information can give someone else the details needed to make a decision as to if it will be worth it for you to put all the extra effort into making this a usable kennel.

Terrible Quality
First of all, this product wasn’t easy to assemble. The components are an absolute joke. The kennel isn’t the slightest bit durable. The tarp lasted about 3-4 weeks, metal zip ties about 2 weeks, and our dogs removed the clamps (that hold the kennel together) within a few hours. I’ve wasted not only money spent on the product itself, but money and time on continuous patching/repairing. I’m literally livid. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. What a disaster.

Very handy
I love the way it is small enough to fit on a small yard, but big enough to hold three small dogs with no trouble.

Not good quality
When first receiving the kennel and putting it together, I didn't really have anything negative to say about it aside from the fact that I needed tools towards the end that wasn't included on the list of tools I needed. My dog quickly chewed out of the wire due to it being flimsy and not that strong. The wire that is made to cover the door did not fit correctly and my dog also managed to escape just by pushing it to the side. The tarp was good at first but after being in the weather for only a month or two it started ripping and dry rotting and collected water very badly since it wasn't tight enough to cover the whole kennel. I would not purchase again but with a little work it is now to where I can use it again.

Not Worth It
Don’t waste your time or money. Had to spend more money to modify for it to be usable and the top is a joke! Make sure you have extra tarps and lots of zip ties.
