Unique monthly guide for teens
I work with teens and young adults and have all my life. Presently I work at Job Corps as a life skills trainer. The information presented is outstanding, insightful, and helpful. It is also presented in a very practice step by step way with monthly things to do. So I give Five Stars for the insight and wisdom and layout of material presented. However based on my knowledge working with thousands of teens over my life and teaching, speaking, and writing on life skills, I feel certain a teens would not use this book by themselves. This book would have to be facilitated by an adult with some awareness to working with teens. If you expect to buy this book and hand it to a teen without some sort of structured learning you will be disappointed as will your teen. I do not see this as a book a teen will use by themselves with much success despite the wisdom and unique formatt. However, used with a wise and loving mentor this book could be a powerful tool for real life change for the teen or young adult.

Good Decision-Making Techniques for Any Age
I enjoyed the templates and the evolution of the discipline required as the user develops the habits. I plan to use a few of this for myself though I’m decades beyond a teen. I think this gradual development of discipline should be part of a high school or middle school curriculum. It truly is a life-skill that everyone should develop as early as possible. I suspect that most teens wouldn’t have the discipline for this. But that doesn’t distract from the usefulness. I could have used this in college or grad school. Discipline in work whether high school, college, or career is a fundamental skill.

Great lessons taught
Decision making is a difficult process and the skills taught in this book are critical. But the problem is that teens are difficult too. I give this book 5 stars for the information and approach to the thought process, but the book falls short when it comes to readability by its intended audience. It's hard to see avg teens reading this, and those who aren't average already have the skills.

Highly recommended
Bought for my nephew which I feel lacks in Decision making, he has found this really useful and likes the simple table structures so he can visualize the decision process.

Clear, easy to use and very handy
This is a must for anyone interested in unraveling the complexities of decision-making. It's like a treasure trove of insights and ideas! I particularly liked month 9 where the journal encourages you not to take on everyone elses decisions as this is exhausting but simply advise them and let them decide themselves because this empowers them and doesn't deplete you. The tables and spaces to write were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended.
