Good quality
Pretty easy to install. The only issue I had was the code reset instructions. But other than that, it's good.

Cannot Program
This lock had no reviews, this should have been a red flag for me. Lock was very easy to install and fit into existing holes of old door hardware. Lock looks very good. First thing that I did not like was that the new lock required me to drill a hole through my door to install the bottom bolt for the door handle. There is no reason they could not have just put a screw through the front of the handle like most locks. After instillation was able to get door lock to open and close with the default code. We used the provided instructions and could not add any new door codes or change the default door code. We had 3 different people try. I am returning the lock and purchasing another lock that had reviews.
