really tricky to fit.
Like all these mouth-guards you have to put it in boiling water to soften it, then quickly mould it to your teeth. Not hot enough - and it won't mould. Too hot and it loses all shape becomse useless fit just for the bin. This is a common problem - I have fitted a number over the years. It fits well when you can open your mouth and shake your head - and it stays put. If it drops out then try again. Better buy 2 or 3 to get some chance of getting it done.Thanks.

Rubbish avoid
These don’t fit any differently after you’ve put them in hot water. Loads of gaps & fall out as soon as you move your jaw . Avoid
