Cookie Sheet Pan Gift Set - Aluminum Sheet Pan, Silicone Baking Mat & Stainless Steel Cooling Rack

I just got this set. It's for my own use. A move catastrophe left me missing most kitchen items and I'm trying to fill in the blanks inexpensively. I have not cooked anything with the set yet. My impressions so far:The set is a great price. It arrived quickly and well packaged, with the baking pan shrink wrapped individually in easy to remove plastic and the separate rack and matt each wrapped individually and well. Also, the pan's logo decal was on the outside of plastic wrapping -- if you've ever purchased a cook pan that had a huge label glued to the pan you will appreciate that. I sure did.The pan is sturdy, in pristine condition, and it has smooth corners. Smooth corners in a baking pan is a big deal to me I have spent way too many hours of my life trying to scrub crinkled corners in baking pans clean.The matt and cooling rack fit were pristine, fit in the pan perfectly, and both feel well constructed and durable.I specifically bought this set because this matt brand has good word of mouth and because info says the matt is good to up to 500 degrees. A lot of items I cook on a bake sheet need to cook at 475. Most other matts' info says they go up to 400 or 450 degrees. Assuming this matt is good for up to 500 degrees like it says it is, all is going to be good with me and this bake set.

I watched this set for quite a while and finally purchased it last month. In the past several weeks, it has survived Thanksgiving and several rounds of holiday baking - and I love it. It excelled at every challenge from oven bacon to holiday cookies. The pan allows for even baking, the rack is sturdy and fits well in the pan and the baking mat is phenomenal!! Best Sil-Mat I've ever used, hands down. All pieces clean up easily in the sink.The only con (and it's a ridiculously tiny one) I can find is that the pan now has shallow scratches on the bottom. I think it's from sliding in and out of the oven. This doesn't affect the performance at all and the top of the pan is still flawless. I definitely plan to purchase at least one more set! This is my new go-to oven pan.

I had a couple of cookie sheets that had served me well, but this year became the holders of my seedlings. They were scratched, a few rust stains were visible on the sides, basically, they had lived a good life as cookie sheets and now they needed to move onto their next chapter in my garden area.Which led me to Amazon, pretty much my only option under quarantine. That led me down a whole rabbit trail of opinions. Just when I thought I had found the one, I would read another review that said it sucked. And, this pretty much took me 2 hours of reading reviews, and making my mind up, only to change it before I press BUY.So, I finally was annoyed at the amount of time I had taken to make a 29.00 purchase. But, I clearly wasn't ready, until I was. The good thing about all the "research" was I found these cookie sheets. They checked all the boxes I had discovered I wanted. I knew I wanted cookie sheets with the checkered racks and not the slatted racks because I really wanted them, for BACON! In my hours of research, I also discovered I wanted the Silicone baking mats.This set had it all. I pressed the button and before I knew it they were whipping their way to my doorstep. I love them! I have had them for about a month now. We use them every Sunday for bacon. They are super easy to clean. I haven't had any warping issues. I dry them so I haven't seen rust. It's also the easiest and least messy way to make bacon that all turns out perfect at the same time and I don't have to watch it. I just lay out my strips on the racks, over the mats, pre-heat to 350. Pop the bacon in the oven and in 20 minutes, bacon is done. Super easy.And, yes, I would buy these again.

I bought one for my brother as a system for making chicken wings at home. It worked well and the mat made clean up a lot easier. It worked so well that when I moved out I got one for myself and I love this set.The whole thing nests together to make storing easy. I've used it with and without the mat for various dishes and both ways work. If I'm doing cookies I always use the mat. If I'm doing roasted vegetables I sometimes skip the mat to get a little extra browning. The metal cooling rack is very sturdy so I've even used it in the oven too as a raised level to roast meat so the fat can drip down into the baking tray.It's a fantastic product and I will probably get another one come baking season.

Since Covid-19 started, I began using my extra time to learn a few new skills in the kitchen, and baking was one of them! However, my "non-stick" pans were pretty inferior, and not at all non-stick after so many bakes had gotten stuck and taken the coating with them. I was looking for something truly non-stick but without harsh coatings, and had heard very good things about pastry mats.I decided to go with this brand because of the price point for a full set! I have used it several times and am so happy I bought it.Pros:Very good value for the quality.All pieces fit together which is great for storage with limited space.Baked goods actually slide right off the mat.Aluminum is easy to clean and hard to ruin.Cons:Just one really... the baking mat seems to retain oils from baking that can be difficult to remove even with a good degreasing soap, but it does not really affect the usability or quality of the product for me. This 3-piece baking set is a great value for the money and has performed very well. I have used the sheet pan several times to bake and roast items with no issues. The rolled edge keeps the pan from warping, it heats quickly and evenly and cleans up really well with minimal effort. Brussel sprouts roast great with a nice char, fish cooks well and cookies brown nicely. It's great to have the matching silicone mat that I know fits and works as well as the Silpats I also own. The rack is something I've wanted for some time and helps with bacon to keep it out of the fat while cooking. I recommend this set even if you already have mats and/or racks.

Me encanto la calidad de cada uno de los componentes, muy válidos para hacer panes caseros dejarlos enfriar y demás.. la una pero gran desventaja es que la bandeja ha llegado golpeada, he visto que paso también con otros compradores un golpe algo similar.Me encantaría comprar otro set pero esta cuestión me pone muy en dudas..pero repito no quita calidad.

Très bon matériel mais trop grand pour mon four

I was originally just looking for a silicone baking mat, but then I figured it would be a good idea to get a matching baking sheet, and after shopping a bit I realized I also wanted a matching cooling rack to go along with it. A bit about my background, I am a former line cook, and former baker. So I am used to industrial equipment, and have a lot of experience with all sorts of equipment.Then I found this product. Admittedly there is a very small amount of baking sets you can buy that have all 3 pieces, and that are actually designed to fit together. So I took a chance on this product and hoped for the best.Thankfully I have not been disappointed. The baking sheet is strong, especially for the price, and should easily last me years with standard home use, though since the product is new I haven't been able to put it through its paces yet. The silicon mat isn't very thick, but it absolutely does the job, and is easy to clean as long as you have it on a sturdy surface because obviously the mat is flexible. I plan to only hand wash this item, but the others will likely see dishwasher use. The cooling rack I haven't gotten to test out much yet, aside from it fitting on the baking sheet perfectly. Eventually most stainless steel will break down and start to rust. So I'm sure that will eventually happen, but only after extensive use.For the price, this combinations of items is fantastic. I will absolutely be buying a second set, for when I occasionally need to bake more than one batch of cookies or scones or anything. The quality of these 3 products is honestly kind of astounding for the price. I expected to get at least a lower quality pan or something, but everything is perfectly usable, and should last years with standard home use.

Das ist aber nicht „Schuld“ einer unzureichenden Beschreibung, sondern nur meiner optimistischen „tolles set wird schon passen“ Hoffnung zu zuschreiben.So wie ich es nutzen kann hat es super Eigenschaften.Hitze Verteilung - Top.Das alles zusammenpasst - herrlich.Was man nicht vergessen sollte, Aluminium ist ein weiches Metall und das verkratzt schnell. Das gehört dazu.Auch das es erblinden kann, oder leicht verbiegen. Das ist der „Preis“ den man für die positiven Eigenschaften zahlt.Wenn ich nicht damit leben kann das ein Arbeitsmittel nach der Arbeit, gebraucht aussieht, sollte ich mir vielleicht etwas anderes suchen.Das Alublech wirkt stabil (dick) es verbiegt sich unter dem Backen nicht.Die Silikonmatte gibt keine Gerüche ab, lässt sich gut reinigen.Das Gitter ist super robust, würde denken das hält einiges aus.Für mich war es ein top Deal.

I loved the fact that everything came together, as it meant that everything was close-fitting. The aluminium sheet pan is the perfect size for my oven and has slightly slanted edges that are one inch high. The silicone baking mat is my favourite. It cooked the bottom of my brioche so nicely, it was brown and tender just as I like it. I also made some apple chips and cookies with it and everything came out clean and easy. I've used the cooling rack the least but I like the fact that it just fits the pan perfectly.I would like to point out that I am writing this review after using these tools a limited number of time (like 4 or 5 times) and I haven't cooked anything savoury or with lots of sauce so this review cannot be extensive.For what I've seen so far, it is real value for money.
