Perfect for a Rainy Day
I got the largest size which was a perfect fit for my size 11.5 shoes. I would recommend getting a larger size if you are in doubt about what to choose. The cinchers at the top of the covers and the elastic button straps held the covers in place.I wore these during a rainy morning at Disneyland and they saved the day. My feet stayed dry and the bottoms didn't tear at all. Some reviews mentioned the bottoms of the covers tearing easily, but I'm guessing those reviewers might not have ordered a size up to compensate for the stretch needed from walking.Your feet can become a bit warm after a few hours of wearing them. Luckily for me, I only needed them for a few hours. I could see how people might not like having hot feet if they had to wear the covers all day, but it's better than wet shoes and socks any day.

Choosing the correct size
These were purchased for a trip to Switzerland and Portugal as an alternative to bringing boots. The weather will likely include many rainy days, and, in Switzerland, slush and soft snow. Picking the right size is difficult as you cannot rely on the info provided online. Using info on sizing from reviews I chose 3X. My Hokas are size 8.5M and my Skechers are size 10M ladies. The Hokas can be squeezed into the galoshes with a lot of pulling and tugging so a 4X might have been a better choice. The Skechers fit easily with a good 1/2 inch extra length protruding at the front of the galoshes. With the Hokas I worry about tearing and with the Skechers I worry about tripping. I suspect this is about the best I can do with regards to fit. I purchased a pair of another brand (Whose Lemon), also in size 3X. They are almost identical in appearance, material, construction, and size except that they are a bit narrower at the widest part of the foot, so the Hokas will not fit. I plan to bring both on my trip so I have a spare in case one pair begins to leak or tears. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars because they are as described online, i.e., plastic galoshes. I can't assess value for money or durability until I actually use them. My hope is that they will serve the purpose of keeping my feet dry.

Comfortable and durable
I brought these to England for a recent singing tour in which I would be walking in rain on cobblestones back and forth to cathedrals. They were light, comfortable, easy to out on and have a little traction on the bottom . I wear size 7 shoe and purchased the large so they were easy to put on and off. The one day I forgot them my shoes were soaked. The days I wore them my feet and ankles stayed dry and comfy. Easy to pack into a music case in case of rain. Very good product.

RETURNING THESE FOR FULL REFUND, both tore after 3 times of wear, size not accurate
The media could not be loaded. These are very poor quality and like other reviewers have stated, they are not sized correctly. I bought the 3x which said would fit size 11 and size 12 men's shoes. I wear size 11 and my Sketcher Go Walks were tight in them so I have no idea how a size 12 would even go in these. I am a security patrol officer and check several locations throughout my shifts whether inside of client properties or exteriors in all weather elements. I wear my sketcher go walks because of feet issues and they do great with my feet issues but they have cloth exteriors so they are not waterproof, maybe resistant, so I was looking for a solution for snow or rainy conditions. I used these for 3 shifts this past weekend as I live in the center of the country and we got both rain and snow in a few days. These things did not survive, they both ripped out, see the attached photo's. Not to mention, a sandbur ( aka caculbur as those of us in the Midwest call them ) poked right thru the sole of these things. My other issue with these is that they are very noisy when walking, see the attached video, and I was walking inside one of the client properties I check in the video. I would not recommend these to anyone, they are just not worth the money. Look elsewhere.

Durable, not
The media could not be loaded. I love the look and they fit over my shoes with ease.I have had them about 7 weeks. I have wore them 3 times. They came apart at the seams. Oh well, I am 2 weeks past when I can return them.I do not recommend buying them.

Got these for walking the dog in the rain
I wanted something for walking my dog when it is raining or wet. I got the X Large and they fit my size 8 Sketchers walking shoe without a problem. They are light weight and I had no problem walking in them. They kept my shoes dry. The price was great. If they wear out in a year because I walk on asphalt, I will buy another pair. They're easy to clean if I get them muddy and fold up nicely to be stored in the bag they came in.UPDATE: I have now used these for almost a year for dog walking when it rains. I am so glad I got these because they are easy to get on and when I finish my walk they are easy to get off before I walk in the door. As mentioned above, I walk on asphalt and have had no problem with these springing leaks. They also store easily in the bag they came in -- would be easy to pack for vacation. If you have to walk in the rain I would recommend getting these.

Well made for occasional use.
Watch for size when you order. I wear a size 10 and I had to order 4x to fit. Now the boot is well made easy on and off.Convenient to take any where. Would I recommend this boot to my friends and neighbors? Yes.Tks.

Lightweight and packable
I may update this when I return from Colorado about durability. I am older and I do not pack a suitcase because I cannot lift it off the luggage belt nor get it in and out of a transport carrier. I have to pack very light in a backpack. I am going to be in Colorado for a week and I packed these just in case I have to walk out in the snow or rain at different times. Mostly I will be inside and they should get very little wear. I did find that I had to put my shoe in them first, carefully, and then put my foot in the show. I think if I had pulled them to get them over my shoe I would have torn them. They fit fine. I wear a ladies 9 NIKE sneaker and a 8.5 in other shoes. I purchased and XL. They say water resistant one place and waterproof another. I will update after the trip but they fit, seem like a very heavy plastic bag, and they are light and packable.
