Great little rotary axis - fantastic customer service.
I picked this up to use on my AtomStack Laser (it's specifically for the Aufero laser but it does say that it'll work for most other lasers) and it went together really easily and everything fit smoothy together. So I plugged it into my laser and ran a test print only to find out that it was shaking and not advancing.I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and noticed from my pictures that I was using an Atomstack and they said that the wiring for the stepper motor is basically switched between the two companies so they sent a quick guide on how to rewire the end of the connector without cutting or replacing anything, but just by pulling out the pins and swapping their location in the connector. After that it worked flawlessly.I did go ahead and mark that cable with some laber tape so that I don't accidentally use it somewere else and wind up damaging something.Great little rotary unit and fantastic company.

Works Perfect
This rotary roller has worked absolutely great for our engraving on tumblers, glass and other cylinder items. It's easy to set up and install and is working flawlessly. There is nothing negative that I can say about this one and I would have no problems recommending this one to anyone needing a rotary roller. I hope this review is helpful!

Hate It When Sellers Make Claims...
The seller stated "Compatible with Most Engraving Machines on The Market". I have wanted a 'roller' for my laser engraver for a long time. I saw this and even though it was a bit smaller I decided to jump in and get one.Once I received it took me no time at all to see it wouldn't work with my laser a CO2 laser. This won't work with any CO2 laser and only engravers that use G-Code.A simple addition of the word "Diode" in the description would have been nice. Accidental or intentional omission will never be known. However, The title still is not correct. It should state: Compatible with Most [Diode] Engraving Machines on The Market. The parts are not marked and 'just put' in the shipping box. The packaging is fine but there are a lot of parts and smaller screws/bolts/nuts to deal with. Changing the rollers to different positions takes re-work on assembly when a change is needed/wanted.For my engraver this is useless and just a 'brick'. The stepper motor looks robust and I at some point in time will re-purpose it.Bottom line... description is misrepresentation. Can't Recommend.

Cleverly designed, but needs tools to adjust for different sizes. Supports stemware.
If you are NOT mechanically inclined, you may want to skip this. Assembly took longer than it should have for a few reasons. 1st, parts were not sorted by steps. They were not all even sorted by type. So it's dump 'em all out and find what you need. The protective coating on the acrylic parts was really tough to remove. Hex keys were included, as was a disposable wrench. But most parts used a Phillips head. Some of the diagrams were not that clear. A eventually got it assembled after a couple of minor missteps. The main aspect I don't like is that any width adjustments require taking apart some pieces, then putting them back on - but in a different position. That's what the notches on top and extra screw holes are for. Plus the design it totally open. The good: easy to get to everything. The bad: stuff can get tangles in the belt. Since a roller needs to be removed and repositioned, you have to be careful to insure it's parallel when reattaching.Features of note: The rollers are sticky - nothing is going to slip, so you'll get smooth rotation. The support for stemware is clever and actually works. Center to center the rollers can be a maximum of 4.5" apart - that means it can support some pretty large items. Of course the laser will need to be elevated quite a bit.Speaking of elevation - other brands include booster feet for the laser. This one does not. I picked up a set of feet designed for raising up bed frames. You can make your own out of wood or 3D print them.So why get this one over others? If you can handle the assembly, then the really wide capacity and stemware support make this stand out. The included instructions for configuring your software is also well written and clear, as are the examples.

Perfect for round objects - assembly required
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting one of these rollers for round objects and I’m glad that I jumped on the opportunity. You’ll essentially get a bag of parts that are boxed up and you’ll need to assemble the whole setup. After following the instructions I had this put together in about 20-30 minutes. The instructions were fairly good, however, there are a few details that I needed to reference pictures to verify placement. It’s versatile and gives you the ability to engrave bottles, cans, etc. The device synchs up with the major engraving software programs and the instructions even tell you how to connect the hardware along with the software procedures. This little device came with more instructions than my laser did beyond general assembly. This definitely has many uses and I can see myself making special engraved items for gifts etc. I should also note that the rollers are adjustable and you can move them around to better match the object size that you’re working on. Thus far I’m impressed with it - after I get some extensive usage with it I plan to update my review. Overall it’s very responsible for the price, give it a try!
