Bought to catch my teenage son's pitching!
My son's throwing in the low 70s and I would hate to catch one of those in the face. I bought this along with a catcher's mitt as safety precautions. The mask fits well, is not too heavy, and is a good quality. I'm not a professional catcher but this fits my needs as a dad. The mask is relatively comfortable and the price was just right.

good starter mask.
The price was good for a starter mask. Not too expensive but it looks like a higher end. It does weigh more than I would like. I purchased for sharing with new training umpires.

Good mask
Decent mask. Might be a little small for someone larger. The mask fits me pretty good. I'm 5'6 120lbs. Umpire use.

Not a catcher’s mask
This is not a catcher’s mask, the straps will not fit over a skull cap and even if you can manage to get it around the cap it will slip off.

Comfortable and light
This mask is very comfortable and light,the straps are easy on and off. I don't know if I would use this for anything higher than little/ junior league,it's has been hit by several foul tips and held up great

you get what you pay for
definitely will work but the mask is crooked. if you make the top straight, the chin piece won’t work. if you align the chin piece then it will work but just looks really funky
