I’ve found this helpful for my desk gremlin posture at work. It was uncomfortable to start with but gets easier with time

Wearing the corrector allows me to subconsciously start to fix my posture; my back pain is subsiding and I will continue to wear this intermittently for a while.

sadly did not meet expectations, shoulder brace far too small, and neck brace very uncomfortable!

When you get the hang of it, it’s easy to wear and use through out the day. It’s very comfortable.

The support fits well and serves the purpose to place your posture in the correct position. Wear it frequently for short periods to train the new position into you muscle memory. Velcro straps are not the the best but hold securely enough. Time will tell.

Straight out of the box, it comes in a translucent bag that lets you store the posture corrector.Simple, yet a nice touch, with a straight forward small booklet manual to tell you how to use it.After a couple of days using it as recommended, my partner already noticed a big improvement in my posture. Bare in mind, its not a miracle tool as described, it help you improve your posture over time, not change it overnight.It helps especially in my day to day work staring in front of the computer, I end up slouching which hurts my back at times, which now I tend to be more conscious when I'm wearing the it and also when I am not.Which my back pains in the past couple of months has reduced significantly, because I sit and stand straight now.My partner has used it as well, and she too has noticeably reduced her slouching after wearing it and when its off completely. Good item, easy to use, and good to enforce a good habit to stand tall and potentially look taller.
