This vacuum is so affordable and performs very good, I have a robot vacuum and a Dyson and bought this just to have it for steps baseboards and small areas, to be honest, I have not been using my Dyson since I got this, I like it because it has a light and when I deem my house lights I can see the dust on my floor so clearly with the vacuum light, it is strong and excellent to clean stair case, blinds and base boards it is so light and picks every little dust, so light and so manageable, the best thing, I don’t have to clean the brush because hair does not get stock on the brush, however don’t expect the battery to run too long this is made for small area, I have to charge it after 20 min use but I don’t care because it charges too fast. Maybe my vacuum battery is not too good, it cleans bare floor better than carpet though, I definitely recommend this 5 star.

This is the HANDIEST vacuum ever! Im addicted to vacuuming now because this makes it so easy!! Easy to clean, hung the hanger on the wall next to a plug in the closet makes for easy charging. Battery doesn't last crazy long when used on high but for the small little buzz around the room I use it for is PERFECT!

Overall I really like this stick vac. Handy for quick clean up and when you can't drag out the big guns. The stick is adjustable for people of diff heights, which is awesome. Love how it's cordless, but the battery dies very quickly so don't get this thinking you can replace your corded one. (Unless you buy several battery packs to keep ready because it takes a bit to charge.) The hand-held part works well, and I love the diff suction settings. Comes with crevice and duster tools, which work well and are easy to attach/detach. You can use it with or without stick to reach ceilings, etc. The canister is small, not holding much, but easy to empty the main area. Taking the entire thing apart to clean can be a bit hit or miss; you have to disconnect/connect it just right, but it's a learning process and gets easier. The on/off trigger is right near the trigger to empty the canister, and I've grabbed the wrong one a couple times, making a mess, so I think those should be moved, and I've turned it off by accident, but it's not a dealbreaker. The touch screen controls the suction settings, shows battery life, and lets you know if airflow is blocked or brush is clogged. Clogs are pretty easy to remove. The stick comes all the way off at both ends to have access to main attachment. The only real issue I have with this vacuum is storage. It comes with a wall mount, which I can't use on my plaster walls without huge hassle, and it CANNOT stand up on its own. It falls over every single time, even when you lean it. There's even a warning in the manual, which I thought was them being cautious. It isn't. It WILL fall. So I take the hand-held part off and lay them both down. If they fixed that issue and made the battery last longer, 5 stars for sure.

Update:Thank you to Belife for the excellent customer service! I've updated my rating based on the vacuum alone and not the battery compatibility issue as the company addressed this for us. They also sent a replacement part above and beyond what was expected for our older model so now they're both working wonderfully.Just know the older batteries, as mentioned in the original review below, won't work with the new BVC-11a model even though the "a" model batteries might be compatible with the older vacuum. But most buyers probably won't run into this issue as they'll be buying just one.As an aside, Belife has been one of the most responsive Amazon sellers I've ever dealt with. And even well past the purchase date, they've always worked to make things right with their products. Highly recommend considering them not just for this vacuum but other products because unlike so many these days, they actually stand behind what they sell.--My wife and I had previously gotten a BVC11. Did the job well enough after getting a second battery. But the felt-like strips on the bottom came off and were quickly mangled by the vacuum, so we didn't want to use that on a particular floor that we paid a lot of money to have refinished recently (because the newly-exposed plastic could scratch the wood finish).So we decided to buy another one specifically for that room and other hardwood floors to stay on top of pet hair mostly. We went with the BVC11a because the description made it sound like the batteries for the two models were cross-compatible, and we liked the idea of having a set of 4 batteries for the 2 vacuums (the older one only being used on tile flooring now).But this isn't the case. It's possible the BVC11a batteries will work on the older vacuum. But the two BVC11 batteries, though they appear identical, do NOT work in the newer BVC11a. When they're put on that vacuum, it just makes a quiet sickly sound as if it's trying to run the motor but can't. You can't even try to turn the power up because nothing happens when you touch the settings. They work fine on the original vacuum.So if you're looking for a single vacuum, it's fine for what it is (not a heavy-duty or long-running vacuum, but good for a quick blitz on hard floors). But if you're looking for a second one and hoping the models are as compatible as they sound from the description, they're not. And you'll have to be careful to mark them to keep them separate, and have to keep one of each charging rather than just one overall. If I'd known this, we would have gotten a more powerful second stick vacuum since there's no benefit to them using the "same" batteries.

My first cordless lightweight vacuum. Serves its purpose and can not beat the price. Not sure how long it will last - time will tell - but so far so good. We took the time to mount with the power cord in the holder and it is very handy. Picks up most everything on hardwood floors, real short pile floor matts, and tile. Not for carpet. Haven't used any of the supplied attachments, but it would be neat if they had a short attachment to use in my car for the floors.

Works really well, suction is great and worked amazingly on a carpet full of dog hair, it’s super quiet and the charging life hasn’t let me down yet. Super good product for price 👍

This is a great vacuum that is able to rival some of the more expensive brands and it's a fraction of the price. It does a really good job of cleaning pet fur even of fabric couches. Battery life is quite good too.

I've used this product a lot and it's been great. The suction force is quite good, and it is well built. The battery did stop working 1-2 weeks ago, but the customer support quickly sent me a new battery, so I have nothing major to complain about. Some minor suggestions to improve future iterations would be to have a dock that can also hold the accessories, or some way to have the accessories attach onto the vacuum itself so they won't get lost. Also, inside the canister, the part on the end of the tube that runs in the centre and touches the dust-release door, that piece seems to be able to fall off. It would be a good idea for that piece to be able to lock in place so it won't fall off when someone is vigorously shaking the bin to get the finer dust out.

I got this after my Dyson broke. Yes it was a fairly old model but this vacuum is working a million times better than my Dyson. The 3 different speeds are nice, the battery level is very handy and the suction is perfection. We have a cat who loves to track litter around the house and this bad boy gets it cleaned up first try. We have hard wood floors and the eco level works great. It is slightly heavier than I expected but after a few uses you get used to it. Highly recommend this vacuum for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a ton of money but still wants a quality vacuum. Its a great bargain.

Havent owned a dyson or an expensive vacuums before. Considering this ones a quarter of the price, its a great buy. Less noisy, lightweight, easy to maneuver, does its job well, on full charge can operate for about 30-40 mins on low suction. The low suction itself is quite effective. The indicator on the vaccuum that shows the charge left is quite handy. Very pleased with the buy. Have been using for 2 months now without issues. Will plan to buy a spare battery in the future.
