Decent but can be awkward to use
For this price point, this is a decent replacement spray head for your commercial-style pull-down faucet. As best I can tell, there's a flow restrictor that isn't removable. The pressure I get from this is less than my previous one and it takes longer to fill pots and my dogs' water dish (which I have to do many times a day). The sprayer function is noticeably less powerful, but the "sweep" function mostly picks up the slack there. A couple of things I don't like about this is it doesn't stay in its last position. If you have it in the spray position and turn the water off, or to slightly more than a trickle, it switches back to the aerated stream. So that's annoyance number one. I also don't like that in order for the pause (or sweep, for that matter) functions to work, you have to continuously hold their button down. This can be quite awkward, especially if the buttons aren't facing the "right" way. If you have arthritis or other hand-pain issues, don't expect to use the sweep or pause functions for very long before your hand begins to hurt. I'm continuing to use this spray head (two months now), so those annoyances haven't been enough to make me replace this, but I do grumble.

Easy to install and works well, but very light and cheap
I got this spray head to replace a worn head on my Kraus faucet. The new spray head has 3 patterns, a aerated stream, a spray, and a flat blade. It also has a pause button to temporarily stop the stream of water. The kit comes with 11 different adapters, the idea being one of these must work for whatever faucet you own. I got lucky and found one that fit perfectly on my first try. I made sure the check valve was installed before screwing the new head into the end of the old spray hose. Installation was super easy and I didn’t have to do anything special to make it work. I checked for leaks and there were none. I noticed that the upper part of the head that meets with the faucet is much smaller than that of the original, so it does look weird, like a small head on a big body, not quite matching. The finish seems to be a close match, although it is slightly darker than the original. The aerated stream was very nice, it comes out strong and uniform. The spray pattern is rather narrow, but still sufficient, and works well to clean the sink and large pots. The fan spray is very strong, with lots of splashing, so not very useful especially if you have a small sink. Thankfully it is in that mode if you press down on the down button and kicks back to stream as soon as you let go. The pause button is also temporary, and turns the pause off as soon as you let go of that button.I have 2 gripes with this replacement head. The first is it is entirely made of plastic. It may be a higher quality plastic, but it is still plastic, plated with a nickel finish that will eventually flake off. My original Kraus head is metal and heavy, so the lighter weight of the new head always makes the hose fully retract and pulls the spray head back into the faucet. The weight of the original head allows the hose to hang loosely, which comes in handy for filling large pots. My second issue is the spray nozzles are also made of plastic instead of silicone, so they are easy to clog and hard to clean.I understand that this is the quality to expect at this price point, so as long as anyone who is buying this replacement head understands this, it is fine. If you don’t care about aesthetics and need something that just works, this may fit your bill. If you want OEM quality that will last a long time, look elsewhere.

Wanted to love it
Loved the concept, it is functional, but I was under the impression that the stop-flow button would not HAVE to be held. It’s a while-pressed stop button. I thought it would be pretty cool to hold the water temperature at a specific temperature whilst not having to leave it running and wasting water when you need to step away from the sink.Other than that also make sure your sink does exactly resemble the one pictured like an “Inverted U” otherwise this faucet will be aiming directly at you when not in use. Forgetting for a split second ends up getting water everywhere. This wouldn’t be an issue with a permanent stop button on the unit itself because it would require your hand being on the unit itself to engage rather than the faucet handle.

Good replacement for our plugged up kitchen nozzle
The fit isn't perfect, so 1 start off, but it works as advertised. There is about an 1/8" gap between the faucet and the nozzle, due to the required adapter. The spray function is nice to get high pressure out the slot. Our previous nozzle had more pressure out the shower option but won't miss it with the high pressure slot option. I'll try soaking our old nozzle in vinegar to see if it can remove the lime deposits so we can swap them out, as needed.

A multifunction faucet replacement head
There are enough adapters that everyone should be able to fit this replacement faucet head.It does provide a stream, a spray and a cutoff function and if you press extra hard when it's on the stream function, there is a strong high-pressure spray.Frankly that's my one complaint about this head. It requires a fair bit of pressure to get to the high-pressure function and you have to hold it in to keep the spray going. I'm not sure of the utility of the hold function - which really just stops the water flow - when you can do that as easily as turning off the water. It might have been nice if that button made the high-pressure stream happen without so much force being required.

Have to sustain hold on buttons
- Buttons have to be continuously held down and they are stiffer than expected to push. Definite draw back for someone with weakened hands and trying to use for extended period of time to bathe dogs.- Wide variety of adapters is nice.- Unfortunately the silver that is pictured isn’t offered.- Website and email provided.- Instructions provided.
