I had put off trying this for a while and am unfortunately past the return window, however, I finally got this out and attempted to use it. The heads do not easily get put onto the product and once secured, there was no water coming out. I tried using it and the powerful suction cause my skin to have red spots . The instructions that accompanied the tool were very unclear the different heads were not identified and it gave no instructions on how to test the skin, and how to even put together the device with the head. This is a useless paperweight now that I am past the return window and would tell everyone buyer beware.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a product! I have used many similar devices before, and this is nothing even close to the others. First, the suction is too strong, and the water does not come out evenly. It either sprays water or does almost nothing at all. If you are going to use this, be prepared. At least use hyaluronic acid to provide some slip to prevent bruising, if possible. This is going into the trash. Again, I own almost every beauty product/device out there- this one is the absolute worst!!!!If you want to do a mock HydraFacial, buy a basic dermal suction device and only use the silicone head. Depending on what your goal is, use a serum with active ingredients (such as salicylic acid, glycolic acid, etc.) and move in quick, light strokes over your face. Do not hover over the skin and let it "catch." You will bruise. Practice on your arm until you get the hang of it. This product- heck no! The suction is way too strong to control!

So this product, is really good but the part where u put the water keeps falling if you dont hold it which is a bummer.

I like that my skin is smooth after, don’t hold in one spot too long, skin gets bruised. Cheap quality, you get what you pay for. Also it stopped working after using 3 times. It was delivered on 9th and it says return window is closed on 20th lol disappointing

My son is a teen now and oh gosh won’t wash his face hood enough so I got him this blackhead wash, figuring I might as well try. Why not he stands there picking at his face, so maybe he will do this and he did. Crazy enough it works. He uses warm water and a tad of alcohol in it. I mean don’t expect miracles, but consistency is important.
