I've just received mine and charged the unit up, however the light is blue not red so a bit of common sense is needed to interpret what is happening - flashing when charging and steadily on when charged. The instructions are very poor but worst of all there is no explanation of the modes and what they are best suited for. For example, how helpful is a mode called 'Scraping' or one called 'Activate'? Giving better and more clear instructions would add significant value to this product.

I've had this item now for a few weeks and use it every day as have tingling in my feet, I must say that I've not noticed any benefit at all and no change to my feet or ankles. I'll keep using it just in case for a while, but at present no good.

Sorry not for me, looks gr8, I wanted to use as I have abit of circulation problem. I tried this and the minute my feet touch the mat I had to remove quickly.I have now passed on to a friend who's enjoying the use... so its not for everyone.

Seems to have help my 90yr old father from getting tired feet and legs when walking about. Through trial and error he's found that using it in the morning its great. He did at first use it in the evening before going to bed. Whether coincidence or not he had terrible back pain in the night and woke up to find his pillows had been thrown on the floor. Take any of that as you will, whether coincidence or not just reporting. Dad's not one to have serious back trouble, nor sleepless, restless nights either NOR throw his pillows about! The only action i can hear at night from his room is the snoring! Its as if he had given himself a fast charge booster before he went to bed!!!! 😄 Lets face it, even the so called experts DONT have full knowledge of these things and their effects. Some even say USELESS can only go by what my father says thats good enough for me. An opinion from someone who (unlike a celebrity) has nothing to gain telling you anything. 😊I suggest you do what we did and try this one first than waste money on expensive similar versions. It’s easy to use good to my husband help him with the pains

I brought this as I have peripheral damage caused by shingles. I work 12 hour shifts and on my feet all day. I could not walk on my left foot and it was so painful. Using this when I got home. I also wore compression socks at work. And with in a month, it has got much better, I can walk without pain. Once I get home I use my mat and it keeps the tingling away. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering with pain or peripheral damage.For the money worth every penny. I didn’t think it would work because it was cheap compared to others on the market which cost hundreds.

With in first week of occasional use the battery doesn't hold its charge and even on highest setting can barely feel anything even when coming off charge waste of money

Brilliant portable foot massager. No battery needed as it’s rechargeable. I had surgery on my leg and had been paying serious money for professional massages. In less time and at a ridiculously small cost this machine has helped the problem enormously. My husband was very sceptical but was persuaded to try it out and it completely cured his night cramps. I completely recommend this product.
