Exactly what I was looking for: a lightweight, breathable mesh riding jacket. Fully adjustable at the waist, arms, and wrists. This jacket is for rides where you want more than a t-shirt but don’t want a regular long sleeve shirt flapping around. Yes it has some light padding in the arms, shoulders, and spine but to be honest that’s going to protect you from bumping into your doorframe or garage door...not a high speed crash on the highway. It’s comical to read the reviews complaining that a $70 lightweight MESH jacket isn’t going to adequately protect against a crash. If full-on armored protection is what you’re looking for then you should be looking for that kind of premium leather or textile jacket...and be planning to pay accordingly. The only thing this jacket is designed to protect you from is a little morning chill and bugs.

The jacket runs much larger than the sizing suggests . Otherwise it appears cool and comfortable.

Very well constructed and lightweight jacket. Perfect for summertime riding. Keeps the sun off but the mesh design allows the breeze through for cooling. Adjustable arms and waist allows for a custom fit. Armor is in all the right places. Very comfortable!

Thought it covers the wind but do not, the material was not what I needed, but it has good protection .

The safety of a mesh jacket like this, comes from 3-4 layers of mesh synthetic material that is supposed to be sturdy enough to protect you in a fall. The problem with this jacket is that each of the layers is so incredibly thin. If you were to fall at speed at anything above 15-20 mph, I don't think this jacket would do you any good. I can totally picture it tearing at even the most moderate falls and leaving your skin with inadequate protection.This jacket is most certainly not something you want to get on the freeway with. Yes it's better than wearing a t-shirt, but not by much.I have another mesh safety jacket to compare this to. My other jacket, I have no problem taking on the freeway, knowing that it would actually protect my skin even in the event of a high speed fall. I honestly have a few regular jackets in my closet with sturdier material than this jacket.Stay clear of this prodoct. Spend another $40 and get a decent, well built jacket made of sturdier material.Yes this jacket is cheap, but you want to be safe and get good equipment that will actually protect you when you need it most. Having fallen on a scooter at 5 mph when it slipped on gravel, I know how much damage sliding on gravel can do. It ate right through my jeans, bruised the hell out of my gloved hand, but didn't do a dam thing to my good quality mesh jacket. If I were wearing this thing, It might not have turned out as well. And again, that was just 5 mph.

Best vented jacket I’ve ever had. Provides some protection w support pads but it’s obviously no leather jacket. Great for 100+ F days.

Bought for my husband and he loves it! The adjustable straps made it fit perfect! He said it’s airy and keeps him cool on the road!

BUT THAT WAS OKAY! I'm usually XL everything, but turns out a Large for this is fairly big. This isn't tight at all on me and I have really wide shoulders and larger chest. Super breathable, worn it on a few days in the mid 80s and felt great. The overall feel is somewhat cheap but for the price I can not complain about that part at all. However, I wouldn't wear this on long hauls on a highway, while it offers some armor I highly doubt this offers much abrasion resistance.
