Our dog trainer specifically recommended this bed, which is why we purchased it. This is a VERY sturdy elevated dog bed, and doesn’t wobble at all - which is an issue I’ve had with every other elevated bed. If your dog is uninterested in going on the bed, be patient and give them treats for going near the bed, then putting a paw on it, etc. until they’ll lay down. It’s a great bed!

I use these as place training aids for my Saint Bernards and I've found that they are very durable under all that weight. I bought the size medium and I was impressed. I only use them for short periods of time so I didn't need ones they could lay down on for naps and such. I've tried a couple of similar types of items (which fell apart pretty easily) and this one by far is the best! It's super easy to clean and it being more durable helps if you have teething puppies or dogs that like to chew. I will definitely be buying the XXL to replace the other hammock style bed my pups currently lounge on!

Not big enough for a great perineese. He can't stretch out and head hangs over. Good, sturdy product though. I bought the x large. Won't get much of a refund so will donate to a pet shelter

I have had 3 or 4 of these beds. Some cheap others not. You get what you pay for and this is a good one. They use stainless hardware and the Mat is heavy duty. This one will last forever

The bed seems fairly strong however.....after 3 hours my pit-bull chewed the corners almost completely off. I had to spray it with Apple bitter so he would no longer chew it. The bed itself he does not chew but the corner pieces are not that durable, they need to be thicker. I do not see these lasting much longer and will probably have to replace them. The corner pieces need to be made of a thicker plastic or metal and then there would be no worries at all.1 month later: my dog has completely chewed the bed apart to include the 4 corner pieces leaving nothing left to hold the bed together so for $100.00 I received a 1 month long dog bed. They need to make the pieces thicker, harder plastic or metal....if you have a pit bull that even remotely chews, do not buy this bed!!! Not worth the money unless the company plans on reimbursing you or fixing the chewed parts with more durable parts. Waste!

Easy to put together and most important, the dog loves it.

Let me start off by saying I've got a 10 month old 100lbs German Shepherd named Bear. Bear is so sweet and quiet. I take him every where with me(well except work and when we go on shopping trips and it is too hot to leave him in the car.) Bear is fiercely loyal, has been since the day I got him. Where I go he goes. And dont get me wrong I wouldn't have it any other way...However this means Bear does not like being left alone. He has EXTREME separation anxiety. And when we leave him home alone he loves to chew. He had a very expensive memory foam bed made of plush material, but that didn't last long until it got chewed. So then I got him a cheaper but still really nice camouflage crate mat made of tough material. That held up for a few months then I came home one day and found it chewed. So I got the needle and thread and sewed it up. It lasted for another month or two, and I came home from work one day and it was chewed beyond repair. For a few weeks Bear had no bed to lay on, I was stumped on what to buy him I did not want to waste any more money on a bed he was only going to chew, until I came across this bed. At 119.00$ some people may think its a little pricey, but when it has a 1year warranty against chewing, and you have a dog that could chew through just about anything your willing to pay for quality. And once I received the bed and it was assembled, I knew that was exactly what I got. The bed is a beautiful color, and nice large surface area for my big puppy. The legs appear to be very durable, and because the vinyl mat is protected by the rails I don't have to worry about my dog chewing the edges. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bed does not sag when the dog jumps on it and lays down. This bed is excellent and I would recommend it to all dog owners. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because it was very difficult to assemble. I'm talking crazy frustrating. It took 2 people and I was on the verge of insanity multiple times. I was extremely happy once it was assembled and on the ground. I hope it lasts me a long time because I never want to have to assemble one again!

It was my first choice for an orthopedic dog bed, but unfortunately our dog wasn't so keen on using it. We received it as expected, it was easy to assemble, sturdy, looked easy to clean, as we did not get to do that for the short time we had it. I made a second set of shorter legs for the bed to make it more appealing to the dog, but alas, he wasn't comfortable on it after all. We opted for an orthopedic foam pillow bed instead which our dog likes much better abd sold the Kuranda locally. We had no problems finding a buyer quickly. I'd definitely purchase one again if/when the time comes.

We got this bed for our dog because of it's advertised un-chewable-ness. As soon as we put it on the floor, she hopped on and love-love-loves it. We now have it in her crate.Since it's off the ground, it help keeps her cool, and provides great support.We may get another one for outside in the summer!

Large dog hated this thing and refused to use it. It is well made and probably great for medium sized dogs. My boxer/mastiff refused to get on it as it was unstable and too pliant for him. It sagged like a trampoline under his 48kg body. On the other hand, he did not eat it, just as advertised. It was easy to clean the one time we had to. Surface are was big enough for the dog, just not strong enough.

A well constructed bed that my dog doesn't chew. No more replacing a chewed up bed every 5 months. I purchased the fleece cover for my bichon and she loves the bed. The bed arrived quickly in excellent condition.
