As useful as a chocolate tea-pot. Do a search on Amazon for 'lathering bowl' and this product will appear. However, be very clear that when it says in the description 'for storage of shaving soaps', it omits the word 'only'. Do not let this product get near water.Of course you could ask for a refund if you do, but the supplier will refuse.
