Works well, palatable flavor, and a TON of it!
This is more potassium than you'll ever need (hopefully!). I usually avoid "chlorides" since they aren't absorbed well but when it comes to potassium, a chloride is pretty thoroughly absorbed in the GI tract.1 gram is not difficult to disguise in drinks or broths so it's not hard to get plenty of potassium throughout the day without wanting to vomit from that characteristic salty metallic flavor.This comes in a massive, heavy bucket that is resealable but not super airtight. I transfer a smaller amount to a small jar for easy use throughout the day.I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone deficient in potassium since capsules are really not worth it since you have to take so many for a decent day's worth
