Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  At first i was impressed with what seemed like a good quality fittings, the rollers seemed to be sturdy. and the bins pretty decent.After the somewhat painful installation process (a sheet is provided as a template for places to drill which is in theory brilliant, but it's been rolled so much that it refuses to go flat, even after days of having heavy things put on it to flatten it out, then marking it straight to attach to the sides of the cupboard is very tricky to say the least), i was initially happy but i've found there is significant play on one side of the drawer compared to the other which ends up not feeling very stable when you pull the bins out or push them back in. Wobbly comes to mind. This might not bother some people but it does me.I've tried to get in touch with the supplier via the Amazon platform but on multiple occasions my emails having been 'lost' and me having to chase. Recommendations have been suggested including making 'adjustments' but no indication of what to adjust. When trying to send videos this isn't possible and they can't provide you with an email address to send so quite frankly i've given up as it was like pulling teeth.I'm giving 2 stars because the bin works, it's just not particularly good quality in the long run and i feel like i should have gone elsewhere.
