Great piece of equipment that at the end of the day one of the Reel is not working correctly
Fantastic beasts the product but at the moment having a couple problems with it as one of the lines is getting stuck all the time and won't reel back I'm going to probably get in touch with Amazon and see if we can get this sorted out

Retractable washing lines
This product arrived quickly and does the job. However, it is 4 stars due to the provided screws and raw plugs being of a sub par nature. Quality of these are just horrendous for the masonry here to keep level without issues. Secondly, the reviews have provided a remedy saving it bursting open but using cable ties on the top and bottom arms. But I shouldn’t have to do this. We’ve used a few times now and when trying to use the underneath tension for the lines, they droop. Obviously you need poles but they shouldn’t be this bad. Installation wasn’t great either as aforementioned.

Very well made
Received it on time and looks very well made but as of now not had the time to install it also it frees up space and ease of use 😀

Sturdy and works well.
Does the job I wanted it for. Seems sturdy enough. Time will tell.

Poor Quality
The product quality isn’t any good. The wires are not able to hold the weight of even 5 adult pants and the hold of the wires on the starting end isn’t great and it comes out and the clothes lein to the ground. Do not recommend.
