Most Unfortunate PreBuilt Experience I’ve had
Delivery delayed? No big deal I’d rather the driver and product be safe. I got the computer and was amazed by the RGB lights. Just to be continually disappointed. My ram, probably corrupted. My windows, also corrupted. I got a 2 year warranty when I purchased it. Spent 20 mins on the phone with them just to tell them what I already knew. They transferred my call just go get hung up on my a robot. Went to Walmart to get a USB to reinstall it over to fix it myself cause I can do that. Just to get blue screened repeatedly in the process. I was like maybe I can swap it for another. When I was packing it up, I saw that the CPU isn’t even the same one advertised in the picture. That was my last straw in the pull. I wish I could say this was my best pre built purchase, but it’s actually gonna be my worst.

Dead one month after delivery.
I was fully prepared to write a lengthy positive review a few weeks after delivery. It did seem like a well built tower and ran smooth as butter. One month after the computer completely stopped displaying video. I took it to a few friends and a computer repair store, all said the same thing. It needs to be returned. So now I am shipping a 40 pound PC back across the country to hopefully be repaired. Not a big fan of this.I will update to the 5 stars it deserved if they resolve this issue in a timely manner.
