Purchased for granddaughter .in July . Used first day of school in Sept , zip broke day 1. Couldn’t get refund from Amazon as outside 30 days so have requested refund from maker . Very disappointed .

Got this bag for my son for school. Used 1 day, contained his lunch box and pencil case. Went to pick it up this morning and noticed the strap was ripped and literally only a couple of strands holding it together. Not very happy with the bag now. Didn’t expect this after 1 day. Very disappointed.

This was a really nice sturdy backpack, just a shame my son left it on the bus the first day of use 😆

Bought this for daughter for school, didn't even make 2 months before one of the straps came away. Yes it was comfortable and she loved it but as a yr7 with a locker for books etc it didn't have to take a lot of weight. Not happy
