Oh, it's cute, and it works, but it's out-gassing!
It's a very cute toy, shipped quickly, packaged well and even wrapped in an attractive gift bag, but smells terrible! There seems to be a lot of out-gassing so I worry that it's toxic and should maybe be sent back. Also, it's disappointing that it only plays one song, when there is no reason why it couldn't play many. I was also unhappy with the little "Surprise Animal Friend" that came attached to the elephant, because it was in no way suitable for small children, it had antennae which the baby could remove and choke on, and it was a cheap thing of no interest whatsoever. The toy works, however, and if it ever stops stinking, maybe it's no worse than a new car or new carpet, but it's obviously been made in China, you can tell by the poor English grammar on the packaging. You can't trust Chinese manufacturers not to poison your pets and your kids, they do it all the time. I wish people would warn me before I buy something from China, I'd like to know in advance, but I guess, nowadays, everything is made in China.

This is absolutely adorable!!! I bought it for my granddaughter’s birthday, but I’ve had so much fun playing with it it’s going to be hard to give it to her. It’s sings so cute. It’s nice and loud, so it will drive her mom crazy. What more could grandma ask for?

Missing the surprise animal plush toy
I received the package today, the elephant is adorable and works perfectly. I can't wait to give this as a first birthday present.I can only give one star because the product description said I would receive the peek a boo elephant plus a surprise animal plush toy. I did not receive the surprise animal.It is disappointing to only receive a partial package.

I got a dud but Lovellio made up for it! 5 star to customer service!
I'm only giving 2 stars to the product because I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 1yr old. When we got it in the elephant didn't sing or play peek a boo. It just wiggled it's ears (like vibrated) so I asked for a refund. Customer service was great they didn't ask for me to return the product and gave me my refund with an extra 20% off for my next order! Lovellio overall 5 star.

It is such a cute and sweet Elephant.
My granddaughter loved this and she is 22 months old. She has had a peek a boo singing book that I bought for her when she was about 6 months old. It really is the cutest little elephant. The singing and actions work perfectly.
