This is a tasty powder that dissolves easily. Must use at least 16 ounces of ice cold water.Living in South Florida it’s easy to get dehydrated and not realize it. I make this a part of my routine. I really recommend it

Good for you ingredients and great taste!
Great hydration drink. Used it so far after workouts or at the pool with the heat. In comparing other similar products, the nutrients and items in this are way better for you...so if you're looking for hydration that's good for your body, this is it! Plus, great taste!

Terrible
I use Liquid IV and decided to give this a try because it has amino acids in it. It didn't dissolve well in a 32 oz bottle, and I had to get a chopstick to scrape the bottom and get it unstuck. The taste was also terrible and tasted very artificial. I will be switching back to Liquid IV. Also - a caution that you can't return this product.
