Solid insoles with great high arch support
These do what they claim to do. High arch support, metatarsal support and firm / soft support all along the foot. For those with high arches this is a good product. For those without, the arch may be too high. Its definitely added to my repertoire or foot pain relief.

Well-designed and well made
These inserts are just right the shape for the support I needed. I actually have a high arch that causes my foot to roll in and over-pronate if not supported. The inserts are rigid enough in the arch itself to do the job, but the other, attached, supporting part of the insert is flexible enough to make walking comfortable. I like that the heel of the insert is not very high, I tried another insert that did have a higher heel that shifted my weight forward too much. The inserts do fit inside shoes well, no problem with the shoe being too tight with the inserts inside..

They give me more time on my feet
I am a very large dude, 6'4" 350 lbs. I wear New Balance size 14 extra wide (EEEE), these are the only kind of shoes I will wear. These inserts work very well for me, they give my feet the support they need so that I can remain on my feet for much longer, day after day, and not have to deal with any soreness unless I really over do it. They start out squeaky but they break in after a few weeks and become silent. All of heavy duty insoles I have tried are like this, they all start out squeaky and become silent after they are broken in. Comparing these to all of the ones I have used previously, these are definitely as good as or better than any I have ever tried. I will be putting them in all my new shoes, as they work well and seem to be tough, wondering if they will last the life of the shoe. We shall see.

Instant relief for general foot discomfort
I had a new pair of boots that, unfortunately, had no real support in the arch and heel. They were flat, hard and my feet hurt the first time I wore them.I purchased these supports and installed them. Put the boots on and they felt like a different, new pair of boots that fit properly. I could not believe the perfect difference.I highly recommend these for any and all that suffer from this kind of foot pain.PS- This pair is actually my second pair just for good measure because I got another pair of new boots.

Arch support is a little off
I have high arches and needed some insoles for my work shoes. When I got these I was excited because the arch support is nice and high and seemed sturdy. When I cut them to size and put them in my shoes I immediately noticed that the arch support is a bit too close to the heel. The peak of the arch is about an inch behind where my arch peak is. I did take them back out and compare them to my feet and it seems to be where the arch is and not how they were fitting in my shoe. It’s off just enough to be bothersome and even bruised my arch the first time I wore them. I’m sad because the arch height and sturdiness are great but they’re causing more pain the they are helping.

Finally an arch support sole that provides enough height!
I have worn many arch support soles for decades and several different types including prescription soles. I have always felt that all the soles that I tried were not providing enough height to my arches and my very flat feet, which resulted in poor blood circulation and my suffering in the standing position. In the past few months I started worrying about my future because my lower legs started to feel more painful because of my poor circulation, which I have always known is mainly because of my flat feet. I purposely search for soles with a high arch support on Amazon and found the PC soles high arch support advertised on this page. I first tried one pair, which FINALLY provided me with the high arch support I have been looking for for so many years. It tremendously improved the circulation in my lower legs after a few weeks and my arches adjusting to the new soles. The soles are also very comfortable once your feet adjust to them (be patient, it takes a few weeks) and are extremely good quality and affordable. I since bought two additional pairs: one to wear at home in my sleepers (t is extremely important to wear arch support soles at home as well!), one pair to hike because exercise is another part of improving my blood circulation and health, and one pair for my city shoes. Thank God for this amazing product that has tremendously improved my quality of life and given me hope for the future. I wish all success to this company in the future, they deserve it.

PC Sole High Arch Supports
Excellent for my extremely high arches. Better than the supports I bought from my podiatrist.

Didn't last long for me
I used these in my year old work boots. They were recommended to me by my brother in law. They felt great for about a month but they have slowly started making my feet hurt again. I can tell they dont support my arch like the did at first. Maybe it's just time for new boots.

Orthopedic quality
They are worth every penny they say what they are. I find them very comfortable and affordable. I really don't notice much of a difference between expensive costume made. I highly recommend these for someone who needs these features in an insole I bought for every pair shoes I walk better and I do have walking imitations due to physical disability

Pefect use to remedy my high arch
I have high arch on my plantar. For many years I had used different remedial soles even some are tailored made with cost almost USD$300. However, they all were unable to alleviate my pain so far. Until i found these insoles, My pain no more exists after using for one week. I therefore just re-ordered one more pair to fit to my sport shoes in addition to my normal working shoes. I think i will keep using this insole when replacement is needed.

4 because of toe area width
They relieved the foot pain, ankle and knee pain. good arch support, perfect length but the the width of the toe area is very narrow for someone that has 7.5 ladies foot size.

Great Product! Works Well, A Few Things For Consideration
I have plantar fasciitis so I thought I would give these insoles a try. They are really firm and well structured. The manufacture is really good quality. I was taken a bit by surprise how wide they were compared to the normal insole of my shoe (see pics). I made sure when trimming the insole that I did not trim any of the hard plastic, only the outer foam edge. I did get them to fit into my shoes a bit wide. It also took a bit of time getting used to walking in them because they elevated my foot in the shoe a bit. I posted some pics to show the difference. You will want to be mindful that you many need a wider shoe to accommodate these insoles properly. My concern was if I cut into the hard plastic and messed with the integrity of the hard plastic the insoles may not sit properly in the shoe. For one day it felt very strange walking around in these. If you are a person who is prone to falls you may want to get used to these insoles a little bit at a time. After the first day they insoles felt much better. By the third day of using them I did notice a decrease of pain in my arch/heel of the affected foot. I am keeping my fingers crossed it's all uphill from here. I do recommend this product very strongly. Just be sure to fit the insoles in your shoes correctly or use a wider shoes to accommodate.
