I really like these wrist braces. They're thin which means they don't take up much space in my dresser when they're put away. They're easy to put on and they're easy to adjust. The thick strap around your thumb can take a little getting used to but it's not bad by any means. I wanted wrist braces that I would be able to use while I'm writing or painting but still get some benefit some and so far these are really, really, nice. I get the compression and stability I need for my carpal tunnel but I can still comfortably and easily use my hands. As of right now these are probably my favorite wrist braces and I have several different kinds. I really, really like these.

These wrist braces are pretty lightweight and have good adjustability. If you need some lighter duty without a heavy duty splint that restrict movement, these will work great for you. The adjustable straps work really well to adjust the amount of pressure and support that you need and has helped reduce some of the strain on my wrist as they are recovering from tendinitis.One issue that I have with these braces is that they are not interchangeable between the left and the right, and that there are no markings or anything visual to indicate which one is for the left or the right. I ended up having to mark each brace with a silver sharpie marker to help me identify, which is for the left or the right wrist. Eventually, the sharpie will wear off after washing so it’s a pain to have to remark and figure out which brace is which.

I finally had to use this wrist brace and it did help to stabilize my wrist. It took a few tries to figure out how to wrap the brace but I did get it figured out and it was easier each time I had to wrap it after that. It was actually very comfortable to wear, you just had to make sure not to make it too tight.This wrist wrap is different from the ones I used in the past as it does allow some movement in your wrist. I can't say it was that bad.. but my pain levels didn't require a total stabilization of the wrist so this worked well.If you need to protect your wrist from too much movement, this is perfect. If you need to completely stabilize it, this may not be what you want.

The MOONSMILE Wrist Brace comes with two braces. They are not marked for left or right hand, so be sure you are putting them on the correct hand. The loop material needs to be on the outside so that the hook can connect. Instructions for how to wear and wash (hand wash, cold water) are included.The braces are well made and the hook and loop closure holds well. The thumb holes fit well and do not bother my thumbs. I am able to easily type and write with the braces on.There are two straps used for tightening the brace around the wrist. This makes them adjustable if your wrist is narrower than your arm. The only problem I had was my skin bulging out of the space between the two straps which became uncomfortable after awhile from bending my hand and squeezing the skin. If I loosen the braces enough to keep the skin from bulging out, then they don’t provide the support I need for my wrist.
