Cassava flour is a staple food in West Africa. Cassava Flour (Kokonte) is obtained from the tuberous root of the cassava flour and remains a major component of the typical African diet. Cassava flour is rich in starch and fibre. It serves perfectly well as a substitute for fufu and is delicious when eaten with vegetable and other soups.

Terrible taste, don't buy it!
I've bought a pack on 26th of Oct 2018 and Cassava Flour was perfect. The one I've bought on 3rd of Jan 2019 is simply awful! Tastes bitter and sour at the same time. I can't cook anything with it! I will be returning whole lot.
