Awful - mug arrived with no handle and scratches all over!!
Unfortunately i did not immediately open this item as i knew what it was and put it away for Christmas - big mistake! Upon opening i found the mug in a terrible condition, handle is snapped off and not even in the box, scratches all over it. All around very poor!
