Perfection
Talk about perfection. Machine heats up quickly and the attachment clasps onto my 20oz tumbler perfectly so it does not leave any white marks or ghosting.

Pretty good heat press, but will take up some space
If you're in the market for a heavy-duty mug press, look no further than this Tumblr heat press. It handles larger tumblers with ease, a feature that sets it apart from other presses. Plus, it's versatile enough to handle coffee mugs too. The even heating ensures consistent results every time. While the digital reader is user-friendly, first-time users might struggle due to lacking instructions. However, if you're familiar with Tumblr presses, this one is a breeze to operate. Just be prepared for its larger and heavier build, requiring ample space for setup. Overall, a reliable choice for those in need of a robust heat press.

Excellent press, Awful directions
This is the first tumbler heat press of this kind I have used. I've had a Cricut mug press, but they aren't very versatile, so I was thrilled to try this instead of a convection toaster oven for sublimating tumbler sizes that don't fit in the mug press. I read all the directions and was super confused by the way they were contradictory about how to operate the machine. I ended up spending hours researching directions for similar presses and decided to go ahead and preheat the machine without a product in it, then insert the tumbler and press, rotate, and press again for complete coverage of a handleless tumbler. Be sure to operate in a well-ventilated area. It produced crisp, colorful results once I figured out how to set it up. It is much easier than the convection oven and has much more consistent outcomes. I love the digital display, it is easy to read and adjust. I like the efficiency of being able to do two coffee mugs at once. Definitely worth the list price.

Just okay...
This machine heats up just fine and heats quickly. The screen is easy to use. It would be nice if there was an idle button so you didn’t have to power off the whole machine for it to cool down. I removed one star because the instructions are not detailed enough. I removed another star because, while it transfers images onto most surfaces, it does not transfer them well onto stainless steel. At least not following the heat ratios that they prescribe.

Nice printer that works on regular outlets
This printer for mugs and tumblers is actually quite nice and works well. If you have the proper vinyl to go with it, this heated press machine makes quick work of melting the images onto your mug or tumbler of choice. It heats up fast and the press applying pressure uniformly so that you aren't left with one side that's well done and the other being raw. At $200 I have to say that this is a bit pricey, but it's aimed at being a money making machine for crafty people, so I guess I can understand that. But as someone who wants to use this at home to occasionally make a nice design for themselves, it's a bit out of the question. I'm in that category, since I don't have mugs to produce on a mass scale, so this is a bit expensive for someone like myself. It's nice though, and it works fine, so quality is definitely a selling point here.
