Update: Seller was very understanding and willing to work with me on either refunding me or replacing the port. Very much appreciated.We have had this multiport installed for 3 weeks to wake up this morning to this disaster. Absolutely no reason for this to blow apart. Would NOT recommend this product at all. Better options are out there. Don’t waste your time on this.Unfortunately we are not able to return because we are 5 days past our return window.So very disappointed.
