Having recently been on the hunt for an affordable dental solution to my nighttime grinding, I stumbled upon these moldable mouth guards. Reminiscent of the pricier versions offered by the dentist, I decided to give them a shot.First off, the quality, while decent, required a tad more patience in the molding process.While the instructions advised a mere soak of 25 seconds in hot water, I found a longer dip was necessary.The guards are somewhat on the smaller side; hence, during the molding process, I had to be quite hands-on, stretching them considerably to ensure a snug fit to my gums.Nevertheless, once molded, the result was impressively comfortable.Their thinness is advantageous as it's barely noticeable when worn.The texture, slightly rubbery, offers a good cushion for biting, which is exactly what one would need.I haven't needed to use customer service at all, but the mouthguards themselves came very quickly.Given the cost, which is a fraction of what one might shell out at a dentist, these guards present themselves as a notable bargain.

Great product, easy to prepare, the plastic is soft and rubbery so it's comfortable and you can bite down on it, and gave me the best night sleep I've had in a couple weeks but... The spelling on the back of the box did make me laugh 🤣Come on guys, who quality checked this?

Does the job.

A very comfortable gum shield which was easy to mould to the shape of my teeth. I use it during sleep to protect my teeth from grinding. The pack contains 4 large and 4 small shields plus 2 storage containers. This is great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Couldn't use them ,I kept gagging, but that's probably just me.

You will have to clench your teeth to keep these in overnight and they will try to reshape your teeth. Worst sleep ever.

Once the mould is done, the actual mouth guard was much more comfortable to wear than I thought. You do need to practice when you are doing the mould (taking it out of the hot water is a bit fiddly), but once this has been done, the mouth guard is ready to use. Delivery was great arrived on time and I would recommend and/or buy again.

I needed a new night guard but couldn't see my dentist for over a month so needed a quick fix. You get a lot of options and I need my guard for my jaw. This helped while waiting. The only struggle was cutting it to size without sharp edges but it's the best I've found without a custom guard from the dentist. It's quite thick as well.
