Definately challenging! Not for the faint in heart!
I love Michael Storrings Impressionistic type paintings. They are just so colorful and fun. The puzzles are definately a challenge when in 1000 pieces! I was about ready to call it quits when i got to the trees but decided to meet the challenge. I worked on this for about 3 weeks and it felt so great when I put in that last piece. All the puzzle pieces were there and I had only one piece that had separated and I put a little glue on it. Its a high quality puzzle, little dust. Now that it's done, it will sit on my table for a couple of weeks to enjoy. I have most of these puzzles by Michael and I do have to say I enjoy the 500 piece puzzles more as it is still a challenge but a little easier than the 1000 piece. My only request would be to make them in both the 500 and the 1000 piece. I'm from the west and am looking forward to going to New York in the future and seeing all the places I have done the puzzles for (Central Park, Bow Bridge, Park Avenue, Bethesda Fountain). A SUGGESTION FOR FIRST TIME MICHAEL STORRINGS puzzle people - start with the 300 piece Japanese Tea Garden (just beautiful, by the way), then do the 500 piece Bow Bridge. It will help you get used to the impressionist style if you have not done any of this type of puzzle before.

This is a fun puzzle, the trees are difficult to put together, but we like a challenge!

Beautiful puzzle, super nice quality
I’m only half way done but this might be my favorite puzzle to assemble based on how difficult it is and the quality of the puzzle. It has a nice matte finish similar to the feel of the puzzle box it comes in. I haven’t seen Storring’s other puzzles come in this finish before. It’s really nice. All the pieces locks together tightly. The scenery is beautiful. It’s also easy and fun to spot the people and figure out where it goes. The challenging part will be the trees.
