Excellent Connectivity
Having a heavy duty case on your phone provides physical drop protection. Charging is another problem. This cordless charger is an excellent choice. It is s fast charger and it does not take up alot of space. Remember with this charger you will not repeatedly open and close the protective cover tab on the bottom of you phone for charging. This extends the life of you phone and case. This is a great charger especially if you have a case up to 10 mm in thickness. I have a Otterbox Defender Series Pro. Charges great!

Works well even with thicker phone case.
This powerful charger reliably works through a thick phone case: I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and an Otterbox Defernder case. My experience has been that most chargers as such will not reliably charge the phone unless you place it (by trial and error) over some exact point on the back of the phone case. This hassel has been eliminated with this charger. The one detail I need mention is that some charging cables seem to offer more energy than others, so if your charger has issues, try a different USB C cable. Problem solved!

Works great!
I was having a problem finding a charger that would fast charge through my fairly thick case with a built in kickstand. This did the trick! It appears I don't need to worry about placing the phone in the exact right position, if the phone is sitting on it, it charges. Wasn't sure if it would fast charge through the case, great news, it does.

So far so good. I had trouble finding a charger that would work with iPhone 12Max with thicker case. This seems to work great with no issues.

Does not consistently charge with Pop Socket
I purchased this charger with the hopes of it working with an Iphone 12, Otterbox and Pop Socket; unfortunately it does not. The charge starts but often stops shortly after. I've left it charging in a room only to come back and see that it stopped after it charged only a few percentages.So if you are looking for a wireless charger that works with an otterbox and a pop socket, keep looking and avoid this one.
