Good service and no problem

I have used EMS devices for many years and I understand that , if used improperly, they can cause an electric shock type sensations, so even though some reviewers mentioned that the device gave them electric shocks I was not put off.I was interested in this model as it has additional plates for the shoulder muscles / lower neck.The device took weeks to arrive, which was not a big problem for me, but it may be for others.The problem I encountered was that I could not get the device to give me any kind of decent muscle response, only a very weak one. I followed the instructions with care, tried using it with moisturiser and water but still only got a tingly feeling from the metal plates with no muscle twitch.It may be that my item was broken or malfunctioning but given the time it took to arrive I was not inclined to attempt a replacement.As an Amazon Prime member I am entitled to free returns, however when I went to the Post Office with the label I had to pay £20.35 for shipping to China. It would have been cheaper to send without tracking but I always choose tracking for security.Amazon support told me that the buyer would refund me, including the shipping costs, once they received the item. I have enough in my account that this is not a problem for me but it might be for other buyers, especially if they are not entitled to free returns.I paid less for a tiny pendant EMS massager that, while not the best, at least delivered a decent muscle response.My quest for a decent EMS neck massager continues

Bought about six weeks ago used four times every day but haven't noticed any difference.

I get great pain in my neck and top of my back from being on a computer all day and needed something to relieve it. This does the trick perfectly. 10 minutes a day relieves me. One word of note... Use plenty of body lotion around the area that you use it. Both on you and the pads. Otherwise you will feel a little pinching.

I have arthritis in my neck and this works a treat I like this product as its pretty much just a portable tens machine with heat and there are pesky wires to worry about... I would definitely recommend this product

This is very convenient and heats up quickly and relieves the tension on my neck and shoulder. Good gift idea. It is comfortable and stays in place when in use. It is very sturdy.
