Geyser is good but company not reliable
Geyser itself is a good one with lightweight and made of good quality. Looks also good. Supplied only necessary fittings i.e. two screws. Geyser itself attached with Power Cable. No Pipe or anything extra in the box.Main issue is when I called Orient Customer Care they asked me for Product Sr No. for which I had to open the box as printed number was hidden behind Packing Tape and it came out qith tape so I guess. Here comes the issue. I told him about the model name from the invoice but he couldn't figure out the model from his system. I found the serial number and he couldn't figure out the product. Still he asked that the product I have purchased is from Orient Electric or else? They don't know their own product what they are selling.Arranged plumber and electrician myself. And they charged me 1000 in total with 500 extra for pipes. Extra taps and pipes were already with me in stock so saved another 1000+This was so costly and the purpose of ordering online and saving money is not fulfilled.Request to Amazon to not list products which company themself don't know they manufactured. You can understand after sales of this company.However product is good. Running perfectly fine without any issue.

Most pathetic after sales service
Geyser started leaking itself in 9 months and we have made more than 50 calls to customer care but no one is showing up to fix the problem, they will only say that we are coming tomorrow, and then we wait all day long and no one comes.Now this piece of junk I feel like throwing in garbage as it has no use, and I don't want to risk my life from a leaking geyserDo not buy, it is a sub standard product ( our life is more important then burning ourself from an electric shock)

A big failure and loss of money
Its just been a month that I bought this and it has stopped working. I have raised a ticket stating the same and no one has bothered to respond from Amazon since 5 days. Pathetic product and pathetic service. Will never buy any appliances from Amazon ever
