I purchased this baked & shredded kataifi for a dessert project, and it did not disappoint! The texture is wonderfully crisp yet still easy to work with.This kataifi was fresh and light, with a great golden color when baked.This is a fantastic choice for those viral Dubai chocolate bars. This is my first time using already baked Kataifi over shredded that needs to be toasted with butter for Dubai bars and the taste ruined my whole bar! Tastes like I’m eating a chocolate bar of shredded wheat and I didn’t like it.
