The mugs are so cute, but 2/3 sets came damaged. If the items are properly packaged, maybe it wouldn’t break on the way to the customer. They’re are just tossed in a box. One of the mugs came in perfect and it’s gorgeous. I don’t think it’s worth the risk to buy if the packaging doesn’t get better 😔

The cloud mug arrived broken. Of course, it had to be the one I was most excited about. The way these are packaged basically guarantees this one will be broken when you get it. It had a time piece of styrofoam between the mug and plate, and the two were plastic wrapped together in the box with no other protection around the mug itself. Should have read the reviews first. Love the purple and the blue cloud mug. They are fine.

The cups and saucers were bigger than expected. I would have liked to have kept them but just like all the other reviews, two of the cups were chipped and broken from shipping. Too bad. My granddaughters would have loved these. I saw the other reviews but thought I would take a chance. Disappointing. Quality Control from this company ought to take note! Don't buy.

All but one set were broken when we received them.

The first set came cracked. I returned the and the new set came within 2 days packed very secure and in perfect condition. I love these cute cups!

Out of the set I ordered there was only one cup that was not broken. Was very disappointed when I opened the box and it was full of broken glass.

All the mugs are beautiful but one of the plates came broken , makes me sad

Would easily have reviewed 5 stars, the mugs are so pretty... but I already knew one of the cups was broken when I started opening the package and heard lots of clinking (and it HAD to be my favourite one, too!!!!!!) My heart was shattered (just like porcelain I guess. aughhhh). Someone else in the reviews said their mugs came back broken -- truth be told, the mugs really aren't packaged properly for shipping; I'm surprised the other two made it... You guys really need to use more bubblewrap, it's insane to ship mugs in boxes with just a tiny sheet of foam like that
