love this, super cute pretty beginner friendly. The only thing I have is the splitting yarn, a lot of hooking and unhooking happened with this. Gave me everything that I need, a instruction book to retouch on all the stitches, and lingo as well as video help if you are a visual learner, but no metal needles. Plastic is not the way for these, break very easily and hard to thread around the yarn then through it with plastic. Just my opinion from my experience.

I'd really like this product to be one that I'm learning from. The videos are good, teaching is good. I would like there to be alternative styles to holding the yarn and hook. I cannot hold it like the instructions show.

This kit has nice yarn and accessories, but the instructions are a little difficult to follow and is not really easy enough for a true beginner. Even with experience in crochet, it took a few times reading the pattern to understand the instructions. Compared to other kits though, this kit does have some nicer quality components and it is complete with everything needed.

This was my first foray into crochet and this was a good starter set. Everything you need, tons of yarn, and the videos are really excellent for absolute beginners like me. As soon as I can do more than a few rows of single.crochet stitches I'll update woth some final pics. Looking forward to making the adorable little animals!

Bought this so I could learn to crochet and after two hours couldn’t make a single stitch. The “instructional videos” are in broken English. DO NOT BUY THIS

This is too cute! The instructions look nice and clear, too. I would recommend using them alongside the instructional videos, because the videos appear to go into more depth about how to assemble the parts and how to use each piece. The kit includes everything you need, including the hook a booklet with basic stitch instructions.

I used to crochet years ago, I bought this thinking I might get into it again but it’s certainly not for beginners. It has a QR code to scan for instructions but then I realized only the first few weeks or so are free and then there’s a really high monthly fee. No thank you.
