Teng TT3592A/F Combination Spanner Set (8 Pieces)

Good quality for light user. I would not recommend for professional user but more than happy for the light use it gets by me.

Quality spanners if overpriced with really useless fragile plastic case.Liked the accuracy/fit plus the feel and slimness of these top quality spanners/'wrenches'.Disliked the price and especially the cheap plastic box they come in - better if they came in a robust PVC box with a removable lid so if put in a chest it could be removed but if not kept in a tool chest or out of the chest then it might survive the workshop environment and not break like the ridiculously fragile and brittle plastic case they currently arrive in. Spoilt the ship for a ha'penny worth of tar.

I bought this exact spanner set on ebay. They're not the good quality you'd expect from teng, unfortunately. They seem to be chromed before they were "finished" - the ring ends on one side each are rough and not smoothed or even - and there's little dents on the structure of one like the tool was drop forged in a dirty mold (I'm guessing). It doesn't give you confidence in their strength. Also the chrome is sort of scratchy feeling in places, hopefully it lasts on them as I trust teng enough to keep them, I have other teng tools. They will be used professionaly and for hopefully many years. I'll edit/add to this review if there's news.
