I have been buying Piping Rock 200 mg softgels for a very long time.This time, for the first time, I purchased 300 mg of softgels.Someone in the reviews wrote that because they are 300 mg the pills are large. This person also said that these are large capsules.Both are false statements. The pills are small and not capsules.I have both: 200 mg nd 300 mg. Both are softgels and the 300 mg is smaller than the 200 mg.If you using CoQ-10, I think Piping Rock did a good job with the size and quality. I never had an upset stomach, headache, or any other issues.
