You can set the bluetooth to accept calls or just have audio only which is great for sleep and meditation. I use with a brown noise app, with ear plugs too, to block out partner snoring and loud neighbours. Quite comfortable. Charge lasts all night. Definitely gave me my sanity back!

The sleep mask is comfortable. Sound quality and volume control is good. I don’t use it to cancel out other noise, as the house is quiet, so I can’t comment.I use it to meditate when going to sleep and comfortable enough to sleep all night with it on even when I sleep on my side.

The ear pieces which are inside the masks can be tricky to get into the right places and difficult to keep in place but once you get them lined out they do the trick.
