Bad quality
Very disappointed, wasn’t expecting it to be fantastic for the price but at least decent. Bought the product a few days ago and from it’s turned on was automatically freezing and running very slow now the touch screen has stopped working an I’ve had to wait for the tablet to die to see if it will work once it’s turned back on which it hasn’t so had to return the item

It take longer time to charge and the battery life is short .The number one volume is too loud,it disturbs other

Touch is not working
The media could not be loaded. Twice time, I wait for discharge of battery's to restart but both time I am unable to resolve the issue. As you see, touch is not working.Is any possibility to return it or resolve that issue.

Bad screen
I thought I had finally found a big phone for my boy but then, the screen kept hanging every seconds and minute which was really frustrating. Had to return it for refund.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son touch screen isn't working only had it Christmas and can't return or ask for refund as I bought this in October

This PRITOM Android tablet for kids is a right lovely little thing, ain't it? Solid quality build and just the ticket as a gift idea for the little'uns.The good bits? That 10-inch HD screen is a beaut - really lets the colors pop for those learning apps and games pre-loaded on there. The 3GB RAM and 64GB storage keep things running smooth as you like too. The software's well curated for kids as well with that IWAWa package controlling what they can and can't see. Plus, that chunky case will keep it safe from those inevitable drops!The not so good? Battery life could be a tad better for longer play sessions. And the app selection is nothing like you'd get on a bigger name tablet.But all in all, a proper little learn and play companion this one. Strikes a nice balance between fun and education. If you're after a safe, kid-friendly tab that's built to last, this PRITOM could be just the ticket to keep 'em happy and their brain boxes working.
