FZONE ATO with Controller, QST2.0 Auto Top Off System for Saltwater Aquarium & Freshwater Aquarium

This is my second ATO from FZone. The other one is the V1 from FZone. Both work great but this new V2 blue version has alot of new things I really like. It has a button now for control over the fill, so you can set it all up and manage your wires before ever running the thing. It also has an alarm for issues now that only beeps a few times but all the lights are on the controller so its not in the tank. If Evaporation is an issue and your looking for a solution Give this a try. Works great keeping the tanks filled without haven to worry about over flow. I also like the new blue color, the green was nice but the blue looks better IMO.

This FZone auto top off system is fantastic. It arrives in a branded box with the ATO system well laid out right when you open it. Under that tray is the power connector as well as a length of tubing, manual, and some suction cups and accessories to hold the hoses and pieces in place.The auto top off system works by placing the sensor in the tank with the middle of the sensor at the desired water level you want to keep the water at. When the water drops below the middle, it begins to automatically fill up via the included pump. There are various LED indicator status which is described further in the manual to tell you if anything is wrong.One of the best features is that you can press the button to pause and resume filling, so that means I can pause it, do a water change and take out any water I need to, then press resume for it to automatically fill the tank back up.Overall, this is a fantastic system that is very reliable so far compared to others that I have tried. The included pause/resume function on this is also a major plus for me as I like to do water changes and don't want to unplug the entire ATO system and redo it every time.

I've had this in my Marine x 110.4 sump for about a month. Started with a small amount of water in the reserve change in case of any malfunctions. There have been no issues. It's silent and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

This seemed to be working fairly well until it went crazy and dumped 5 gallons of freshwater into my tank. That led to an overflow in the sump and I suddenly had a lake in my office. Fortunately the tank is new, so there were no corals or livestock in the tank. I will be going back to doing manual top offs. I recommend that you stay far away from this.

Received the product yesterday and it is easy to install and use. Single button to set up and colored LEDs show status easily. Seems if if it needs to be reset each time it loses power, but that is a matter of pressing one button. However, it will not refill your tank until it is reset.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered an auto top off to help with the evaporation in-between water changes. I have a ten gallon and it drops quite a bit where I have to adjust my surface skimmer. Everything was received as advertised and the pump was surprisingly small and compact. Assembly and set up was very easy. When setting up, the water level needs to be at or around the bottom of the sensor (low sensor). Then push and hold the controller until it goes "beep" "beep" which initiates the intialization process. This will pump the water to your desired level. Once at the desired level, the pump will stop and store that info in your controller for auto top offs.For water changes, push on the controller which will pause/resume the device.Super easy and very cool product. Controller lights also help with info on the auto top off device (overfilling error, no water in reservoir, etc )

I've been using this ATO for several months now and it's working perfectly. The included controller is a huge plus because you can 'pause' the ATO when you're doing water changes or turning off pumps and the water level temporarily changes.The LED light on the controller is pretty bright but I solved that by putting it inside a protective power strip box.Wipe off the sensor when you're doing water changes to ensure a long service life.

It's ok. I honestly don't trust it. It's the sensor that bothers me. A float would be better...my other tank has a tunz I'm gonna switch to that.
