I've tried (and still take) several supplements recommended by my doctor for severe ME/CFS. Any effects are only on the margins for me and usually not noticeable. This one seemed to have more of an effect on improving my energy envelope, though.I first tried one pill a day for a few days to make sure my body could handle it, then took two a day until I finished the bottle. I'd like to get more now.There are two things that bother me a little about the product info. First, while it says "Nicotinamide Riboside 2000 MG energy production* plus pterostilbene & TMG", there are only 1500 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside per 2-pill serving, with the 500 mg balance being the other two additions. This could definitely be less misleading.There's also a common way I've seen companies phrase things that can mislead you about the place of manufacture, and it's on this bottle. They say "Manufactured for [company]" and then list the company's US address, which makes you think it's made in the US (especially when at the end it says in allcaps, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", as it does here). But "Manufactured for" is different than "Manufactured in". I can't determine where this supplement was manufactured, but I'd be a bit surprised if it weren't China.So functionally, I'm happy with the product. But I have to remove a star because of the issues with info clarity.

Pretty much a game changer in affordability per dose. I take 2 capsules a day now for the full dose. Along with PQQ, CoQ10, Magnesium Threonate and some other supplements, I am feeling fantastic. I am only 40 years old and with a fantastic diet but a moderate drinking habit (at least for now). This helps my recovery drastically. I have been taking NR for about 3 months and about halfway through purchased this product, which stepped up the dose significantly. In spite of myself, my health, stamina and wellbeing continue to improve. My strength seems to have improved as well. Much improved focus. Again, I am taking multiple supplements, but I do believe NR is the cornerstone to this "new" supplement stack. Some people (like my wife) may prefer a single capsule for a (large) "half dose". I did that for a while and stepped up to the full dose. No side effects, just seems like more of a good thing to me.I would like if they took the blueberry extract -- whatever it's called (not the TMG) -- out of this formula, as it may increase cholesterol. I take grape seed extract anyway and cholesterol is not a big concern of mine. But technically, this formula may be slightly outdated based on some research I've seen. I don't consider it harmful enough to discontinue.

My endurance hiking mountain trails and my overall feeling of health have improved noticeably since I started on these capsules. That could be coincidence, of course, but it could be this supplement.

I have bought several times and I like the product but I don't like getting a bottle that is unusable.All the capsules are stuck together, one capsule must have leaked. Tried pulling them out, they leak when ripped away from one another.There is no return policy so I lost money. For that reason I will no longer be buying this brand.
